Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from companies that are experienced in municipal IT infrastructure, to supply (including any required design, integration and ancillary remote support services) and deliver new storage and server systems plus network switches, for the District.

this RFP is divided into 2 ‘Lots’ of Equipment & Services, which will be evaluated and contracted individually:

LOT A, Servers and Storage Maximum Budget: $280,000 plus GST/PST - Must be live no later than August 31, 2023*
LOT B, Network Switches Maximum budget: $ 51,000 plus GST/PST - Must be live no later than December 31, 2023

* Liquidated Damages will be applied if this completion date is not met, due to the District incurring additional costs after this date.
